Paige: Doctor of Nursing Practice and board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner. Paige provides the clinical oversight at Encompass — overseeing care plans, training the team, and ensuring every resident receives the level of attention she would want for her own family.

Kevin: A decade of mortgage underwriting and financial analysis brought to senior living operations. Kevin oversees the business, the team, and the family experience — ensuring Encompass runs with operational excellence and the warmth of a real home.

Our caregivers don't rotate across 60 residents. They serve the same 10 people, every shift — learning how Bill likes his coffee, which hymns Marjorie hums, when George needs a quiet moment. That consistency is the care.

Every care plan is overseen by our Clinical Director with input from the family. Medications are managed on-site. Doctors, hospice, physical therapy, and home-health providers are welcomed into our home — so your loved one never has to be moved unless they choose to be.
