1. How many people can live at the home? While some are larger and can house hundreds of residents, at Modern Care Homes, we keep the number of units in our homes low from 10 and below to ensure everyone is getting the personalized care they deserve.
2. Where is the assisted living home located? Many of our residents and their families prefer to find something close to home. They’re more comfortable with familiar areas, especially when it comes to proximity to physicians. 
3. Are all the rooms private? Most people prefer their own bedroom, and some like to have someone to share a room with. We provide shared and solo rooms for our residents. 
4. Are there different-sized units available? Most assisted living homes have sizes to choose from, whether solo or shared. Things like wheelchair accessibility are taken into consideration when determining what size room is needed. 
5. Are bathrooms private? Depending on the layout of the assisted living home, some residents may have their own bathrooms, or there could be a shared bathroom. Choosing a private bathroom may incur more costs, so make sure you ask about the difference in pricing between private and shared bathrooms.
