Straight Arrow South is located in an upscale North Phoenix neighborhood, this beautifully maintained residence offers a warm and supportive environment for older adults who want to maintain their independence while receiving personalized assistance. Residents benefit from a dedicated care team and access to a licensed occupational therapist and registered nurses who supports caregivers and provides clinical guidance as needed.

Our occupational therapist also leads weekly enrichment activities designed to promote engagement, mobility, and cognitive wellness.
